Questions families actually ask
Do I have to pay to get anything useful?
No. The assessment and the behaviour profile are free and genuinely complete — three patterns we observed, directions worth exploring, and one thing to try in the next two weeks. Plenty of families stop there, and that is a fine outcome.
Why is there a session at all — isn't the document enough?
For some families, yes. But in most homes the disagreement is not about facts, it is that the student and the parent have never had a structured conversation about this with someone neutral in the room. A document cannot do that. That is what the session is for.
What exactly is a career roadmap?
One direction, taken end to end: the courses that lead there, the entrance exams that matter, the kinds of colleges and what they actually require, the skills and extra certifications worth having, what it typically costs, and what the work typically pays. Written for one student, not copied from a brochure.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Pay the difference and we carry everything you have already received across. Nothing is wasted and nothing is bought twice.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of paying, as long as we have not yet delivered your Blueprint or link and no session has taken place. Once it is delivered, the work has been done and it is not refundable. Full detail on the Refunds page.
Is my data safe?
Your result is yours. We never show one student's result to anyone but that student and their guardian, and we never sell data. Schools receive anonymised aggregates only — never rankings or class lists. See Privacy.
