Refunds & Cancellation

The Career Blueprint is a digital service prepared individually by a person, for one student. This policy explains when you can cancel, and when we will refund you.
The free assessment
The Discovery assessment and your behaviour profile are free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Cancelling before work begins
Full refund. If you change your mind after paying but before we have started preparing your Blueprint, write to us and we will refund the full amount. In practice, work begins once you submit your intake form.
After your Blueprint has been prepared
Because each Blueprint is researched and written for one student and cannot be resold or reused, we do not generally refund a Blueprint once it has been delivered.
However, we will always refund you in full if:
- we fail to deliver your Blueprint within the promised timeframe and you no longer want it;
- the Blueprint we sent contains material errors — for example it is based on the wrong student's answers, or your stated subjects and situation were not used;
- you were charged more than once for the same Blueprint, or charged in error.
If you are simply not satisfied
Tell us. We would rather fix it than keep money from a student who feels let down.
Write to us within 7 days of receiving your Blueprint explaining what did not work, and we will either revise it for you at no cost, or refund you. During our pilot we take this seriously — honest criticism is more valuable to us than ₹599.
How to request a refund
Email blyntintelligence@gmail.com from the address you used for the assessment, with:
- your name and Blynt Student ID (it is in your profile email)
- the payment reference or UPI transaction ID
- a line about what went wrong
We aim to reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once we approve and initiate a refund, it is normally processed within 5–7 working days, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
